How does delivery work?
Place your order through our website, whether it’s from a restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy or a special request. A bearer will pick up your items and deliver them directly to the location you provided.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to selected areas within St. Ann and St. Mary based on availability. Please enter your delivery location at checkout to confirm if service is available in your area.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 60-90 minutes, depending on your location, traffic conditions, and preparation time from the restaurant or store. During peak hours, delivery may take a bit longer.
What can I order?
You can order from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, or request custom pickups. We aim to make delivery as flexible and convenient as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled by contacting us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after placing your order. Once preparation or pickup has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Repeated cancellations or failure to receive deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Mondays to Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders can only be placed during these hours. We are closed on Sundays until further notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure online payments, cash on delivery, and Scotiabank transfers.
Can I tip the driver?
Yes, you can add an optional tip at checkout. Tips can also be given in cash upon delivery. All tips go directly to the driver.
